Bored of your usual late night TV, or just want something fresh and real? Here is something new: reality TV for hedge funds. The new 6 episode series of Hedge Fund Lions’ Den is now showing and is available exclusively through a website set up for the show: www.hflionsden.com.
The premise of this made-for-web mini-series is to allow emerging hedge fund managers to pitch their strategy to industry “lions” who will potentially allocate up to $25 million of capital to one or more of the managers. Each manager has just two minutes for their initial pitch to the lions, then will later meet with each lion in a one-on-one meeting.
