“After nearly a decade of building a top-tier real estate investment platform that has generated compelling returns for institutional investors, we are incredibly proud to take the next step in our journey to broaden access to institutional real estate and other alternative asset classes alongside Yieldstreet.” – Cadre Founder and CEO Ryan Williams.

Yieldstreet, a prominent private market investment platform, has officially announced its acquisition of Cadre, an online real estate-focused investment platform catering to institutional and high net worth investors. This strategic move solidifies Yieldstreet’s category leadership, incorporating Cadre’s institutional clients, unique investment platform, and a substantial investor base.

Their collective Investment Value now exceeds $9.7 billion, with $5.3 billion allocated on the platforms and $3.1 billion in returns to date. The partnership aims to provide investors with diversified asset classes, enhanced liquidity, and convenience through proprietary platform features, such as a secondary market.

Yieldstreet’s CEO, Michael Weisz said the transaction would expand complementary distribution channels and markets beyond the U.S., investment portfolios and capabilities with Cadre. Key figures from Cadre, including CIO Dan Rosenbloom, will play integral roles in Yieldstreet’s expanded operations.

This acquisition, backed by notable investors like Thrive Capital and Andreessen Horowitz, positions Yieldstreet to accelerate its reach into institutional channels and enrich its institutional-caliber product offerings.

The transaction is subject to regulatory review.
