Artificial Intelligence: An Israeli AI-Based System Can See Through Walls

It is claimed to be a high-performance, 3D, portable, “through-wall” imaging system.
Israel-based Camero Tech, has a range of “See-Through-The-Wall” (STTW) systems that use ultra-wideband (UWB) radar sensors, sophisticated signal and image processing, smart image reconstruction, together with AI to construct a real-time, high resolution, 3D image that presents what happens on the other side of the wall in a reliable manner. Systems such as the Xaver 1000 are a boon for armed forces, law enforcement agencies, intelligence operators, and first responders. (SEA-Mashable)
Camero’s Xaver 1000 system is accurate enough to see, on the other side of the wall, live objects in detail – down to body parts, their position, and whether they are seated, standing, or lying down. It can also discern other information such as the object’s height, and if it is a living object, whether it is a child, adult or animal.
Other features of the system are:
▪ Integrated 10.1’’ Touch-screen display
▪ Ready to use by a single user at the push of a button
▪ Foldable antenna wings for compact storage and transport
▪ Remote display and control capabilities via Wi-Fi link
▪ Simultaneous detection of moving and non-moving objects
▪ Simple user interface
▪ Integrated data recording and playback for post-mission analysis, training and debriefing
“The Xaver 1000 determines the most suitable approach to ensure successful life-saving missions in a variety of operational scenarios, such as hostage rescue situations,” said Amir Beeri, CEO and founder of Camero-Tech. “It is a true game-changer for special forces and law-enforcement teams conducting urban and rural operations that require reliable information regarding hidden live objects.”
Currently, the system is available only to the Israeli military.
