Klarna customers need more “live” shopping experiences.

Klarna, a Swedish fintech company, and Stellar Global, a retail experience consultancy, have collaborated to unveil a virtual shopping solution for e-commerce firms. This innovative tool combines Stellar’s product demonstration teams and studio space with Klarna’s online tech connections, aiming to provide unique purchasing experiences and support brands in boosting conversions.

Furthermore, customers have the option to initiate a live video chat with their designated product expert. The video chat session will be conducted from Stellar’s dedicated studio space, enabling their teams to demonstrate products, assist with onboarding processes, and address any technical questions or concerns customers may have.

According to the companies, D2C brands have been heavily investing in their omnichannel retail strategies since the COVID-19 pandemic, emphasizing the need for dynamic and interactive online experiences that allow customers to quickly connect with a brand, make informed buying decisions, and complete purchases.

Earlier this year, Klarna introduced several new solutions, including a personalized shopping feed powered by artificial intelligence (AI), which utilizes Klarna’s AI product recommendation engine to deliver highly personalized product suggestions to customers.

The feed becomes more individualized as it learns more about their preferences.
