Venture Capital: Network Software Provider Mavenir Lands $100M
Previously, Mavenir raised $250 million in 2022.
Telco network focused, cloud-based software developer Mavenir has closed on a $100 raise that will enable it to advance digitization of its clients with software including IMS, Converged Packet Core and Open RAN, and artificial intelligence.
The fundraise was led by technology-focused PE firm Siris and received participation from “two highly strategic ecosystem partners.” (Businesswire)
Siris is also the largest equity holder in the company, and Hubert de Pesquidoux, a Siris executive partner, is executive chairman of Mavenir.
“We firmly believe in the automated networks of the future that are cloud-native, AI-native, and Green-native, and we are confident that Mavenir’s innovations are essential in driving that evolution,” said Pesquidoux in a statement.
In October 2022, Mavenir raised $155 million from an undisclosed investor, and $95 million of debt in August 2022.
