New Book – “Regulation A+, How the Jobs Act Creates Opportunities for Entrepreneurs and Investors”
Rob Kaplan, an attorney in Richmond, VA, is co-author of this book, focusing on the new opportunities created by the Jobs Act of 2012. While the most high profile aspect of this law is “Crowd Funding” there are aspects of this law that opened channels of opportunity for entrepreners, investors and investment companies in ways impossible under previous law and regulations.
