“This is a game changer for Pluto. We’re exclusively teaming up with a global payment technology leader to enhance B2B payment solutions.” – Mohammed Ridwan, Co-Founder and COO of Pluto

Pluto, a prominent provider of financial corporate spend management solutions in the UAE, has forged a strategic alliance with Mastercard (NYSE: MA), the global technology giant in the payments sector. The collaboration, unveiled at Abu Dhabi Finance Week, aims to revolutionize B2B payment solutions throughout the GCC region, emphasizing innovation and efficiency.

The agreement, inked by Gina Petersen-Skyrme of Mastercard and Mohammed Ridwan, Co-Founder and COO of Pluto, positions Mastercard’s payment technology expertise to enhance Pluto’s suite of solutions. Clients of Pluto will benefit from an expanded array of secure and efficient payment options, streamlining financial transactions.

This exclusive partnership designates Mastercard as the sole payment partner for Pluto, and aligns with the latter’s expansion into Saudi Arabia (KSA) and Bahrain, aimed at providing innovative financial solutions across the Middle East.

Gina Petersen-Skyrme, VP and Country Business Development Lead at Mastercard, said the partnership aims to build a secure and inclusive digital future in the UAE and beyond leveraging the company’s real-time B2B payment solutions that power digital economies and empower organizations worldwide.

Meanwhile, Mohammed Ridwan, Co-Founder and COO of Pluto, said the collaboration would enhance B2B payment solutions, expand the company’s payment solutions, and make transactions seamless and secure.
