Vonage Conversational Commerce enables brands to create omnichannel, messaging-first customer buying experiences across popular messaging, social and web platforms such as WhatsApp.
Vonage, a global cloud communications leader, has partnered with WhatsApp (NASDAQ: META) in Singapore to introduce payments on the messaging app. The collaboration, known as Vonage Conversational Commerce, powered by Jumper.ai, enables businesses and consumers to have end-to-end shopping experiences within WhatsApp.
Vonage Conversational Commerce allows brands to create omnichannel customer buying experiences across various platforms like WhatsApp, Messenger, Apple Business Chat, and more. Vonage’s Communications APIs further enhance the experience by facilitating live video interactions and personalized conversations about products.
This new feature of seamless and secure payments on WhatsApp is expected to transform business interactions and boost customer engagement in Singapore. Notably, #NOEXCUSES, a fitness studio, and Tyetye, a homeware and fashion brand, are already utilizing Vonage’s payments capability on WhatsApp.
